These terms govern the use of cerrasoluciones.com and any requests for advice or quotations you submit through it. They do not replace or modify contracts already signed: each project is governed by its individual contract. Nothing written here limits your rights under Ley 1480 de 2011 (Consumer Statute).

2. Purpose and scope
The site provides information about European PVC windows and enclosures, guidance tools (diagnostic tool, configurator, comparison tool, noise meter) and channels for requesting advice or quotations. It is free to use.
3. Browsing terms
You must use the site lawfully, without attempting to access restricted areas, disrupt its operation or submit false information or third-party information without authorization.
4. Product and service information
We describe products using the available manufacturer information. Technical values are published only when their verified source is cited. Images marked as illustrative do not depict a completed project.
The website tools (including the noise meter, which is not calibrated) are indicative and do not replace a technical assessment.
5. Quotations and their validity
A request on the site is neither a purchase nor a contract. A formal quotation is provided in writing and specifies its price, scope and validity period. If a quotation does not state its validity period, check with your advisor before accepting it.
6. Contracting process
The contract becomes binding only when both parties sign the individual project contract. Before signing, we provide information on the product, total price, payment terms, timeframes and warranties.
7. Custom manufacturing, measurements, and technical visits
Windows are custom-made for each opening. Final dimensions are taken during a technical visit; dimensions you submit through the website are approximate and serve only to guide the quote.
8. Project modifications
Changes to dimensions, system, glass or finish after signing are agreed in writing and may affect the price and timelines, according to the individual contract.
9. Production and delivery times
Timeframes are established in each project's contract. Any delay will be communicated along with its cause and a new estimated timeframe.
10. Financial terms
Prices, deposits, payment terms and penalties are governed by the individual contract. See also the Cancellation, return and refund policy.
11. Warranties
Products carry the statutory warranty of quality, fitness for purpose and safety established in Ley 1480 de 2011, in addition to any supplementary warranties specified in the contract. Warranty claims are submitted through the PQR channels.
12. Consumer rights and responsibilities
- Receive clear, truthful, sufficient and verifiable information.
- Obtain quality products and exercise your warranty rights.
- Submit petitions, complaints and claims and receive a response.
- Withdrawal and payment reversal where legally applicable.
- Duties: learn about the product, follow the use and maintenance instructions and provide accurate information.
13. Intellectual property and use of content
Cerrasoluciones texts, design, brand and logo belong to their owner. Deceuninck and other manufacturers' names, data sheets and images belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes. You may view and share links to the site, but may not copy or use the content for commercial purposes without written authorization.

15. Relationship between the site, quotations and contracts
The information on the site and advertising are binding under the law. The formal quotation specifies the scope of a project, and the signed contract governs the relationship. The contract does not eliminate any rights arising from prior advertising.
16. Applicable law and disputes
Colombian law applies. We will attempt to resolve disputes directly; if this is not possible, you may contact the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio or the competent courts of Colombia.
17. Effective date and version
Version 1.0, effective from October 28, 2026. Changes do not affect contracts already entered into.
